Results announced about DYPA’s entrepreneurship programme for unemployed persons, including a subsidy of €17,000 –
70% increase in the number of eligible businesses and programme budget
The results for DYPA’s new entrepreneurship programme for unemployed persons aged 30-59 with particular emphasis on women were announced today, Monday, May 5, 2025. The programme will support new business creation with a €17,000 subsidy.
Following an increase in the programme budget, from €100 million to €170 million, the number of beneficiaries was also increased: from 5,880 to 10,000 unemployed persons.
Upon their official inclusion in the programme, beneficiaries will receive a subsidy for a period of 12 months, starting on the business activity commencement date. The subsidy for every new business will be granted in three installments, as follows:
- 1st installment, amounting to €4,600, after the business activity commencement
- 2nd installment, amounting to €6,200, after the end of the 1st semester
- 3rd installment, amounting to €6,200, after the end of the 2nd semester.
Any objections to the results must exclusively be submitted through the Integrated State Aid Management Information System (iSAMIS / OPSKE) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, at https://opske.gr/el, within 10 days from the day following the email notification regarding the Approval Decision on the Evaluation Results.
The programme, with a total budget of €170 million, is co-funded by the Greek State and the European Social Fund+ (ESF+) in the framework of the Operational Programme "Human Resources and Social Cohesion 2021-2027".
